These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 18lv platform and you ("you" or "member"). By using any service provided through the 18lv website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

18lv reserves the right to modify these Terms, in part or in full, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the services after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use 18lv services. Opening an account for anyone under this age is strictly prohibited. We may request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide them may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 Single Account

Each person may open only one account. If the same individual or members of the same household open multiple accounts, 18lv reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

You are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. Accounts created using false or incorrect information will be cancelled and the balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Password & Security

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or lending your account, account balance, or bonuses to any other person is strictly prohibited.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe and transparent service, 18lv may request identity verification documents (national ID, passport, etc.) at any time. If documents are not provided, or if anything suspicious is found during verification, 18lv reserves the right to temporarily suspend account activity.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals at 18lv are currently supported through the following methods:

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4.4 Deposit Responsibility

Deposits must be made from your own account. Funds deposited through a third party will be returned and the associated account will be reviewed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus only — the deposit amount is not included.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each member may benefit from each promotional offer once only.
• If an unusual betting pattern aimed at earning a bonus is detected (for example: opposing bets with minimal risk), the bonus may be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

The 18lv VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can move up to higher tiers through active play. VIP members enjoy additional benefits, though specific turnover thresholds are not disclosed.

6.1 Software & Server

All game outcomes on 18lv are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The result recorded on the server is considered final. In the event of a network error or disconnection, bets will be settled according to the server record.

6.2 Malfunctioning Games

If a technical error causes an incorrect payout to be displayed in any game, 18lv reserves the right to void the result of that round and return the wagered amount. There is no obligation to pay out any alleged "winnings" arising from an error.

6.3 Sports Betting

Participation in sports betting markets requires compliance with the applicable rules. Bets on cancelled or postponed matches are returned, unless a specific market rule states otherwise.

6.4 Fair Play

18lv is a fair play platform. If any member is found using automated betting software, bots, crawlers, or scripts, their account will be closed and their balance may be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate action:

• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or match fixing
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Abusing bonuses solely for the purpose of withdrawal (bonus abuse)
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform's software
• Operating an account on behalf of or for a minor
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's financial account

8.1 Closure Initiated by 18lv

18lv may suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice due to a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or security concerns. Whether any remaining balance is returned will be decided after a review.

8.2 Closure Initiated by the Member

If you wish to close your account yourself, email [email protected]. Please withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.
